The concept for this inspiring flag was originally sketched by Benjamin Franklin prior to the Revolution.  This naval jack was flown for the first time by the Continental Navy in the Delaware river in 1775.  It became known as symbol of independence, defiance and strength - thus it is being used again today by the US Navy in the War on Terrorism.Size: 3' x 5'
