Description
 
The Model 1860 Revolver evolved from its 1851 relative to become the most commonly issued sidearm in the Union. Its popularity carried over to the Confederate troops, who procured them by whatever means necessary. The .44 caliber round was an attractive alternative to the .36 caliber predecessor. This piece has a 7.5" octagonal case hardened barrel, cylinder, and loading rod, brass trigger guard and back strap, and walnut grip.
